What the county match means
Unlike most states here, this page is not built from a mailing address. The Alabama Onsite Wastewater Board records each licensee's counties of operation — the area the licensee declares to the board — and that is what puts a company on this page. 30 of these 46 companies name a focused set of counties that includes Lee; 16 declare all 67 Alabama counties and are listed last. A declared county is still not a promise to serve your street — confirm before booking.
Alabama licenses individual people, not companies, so a firm with several licensed pumpers holds several licence numbers. We group them onto one card and name every licensee. Cards are keyed on company name and phone, because unrelated firms in different parts of the state share generic names.
