How this directory is built
Idaho requires a septic tank pumper permit under IDAPA 58.01.03 to pump a tank and haul the waste. The seven public health districts issue the permit; DEQ compiles this statewide list. A permit is valid throughout Idaho.
Of the 127 rows, 121 have an Idaho business county. 6 are counted and have no Idaho county page: 2 are addressed outside Idaho, 2 have no unique Idaho county, 1 have no phone, and 1 is a test row DEQ left on the sheet. The permit is Idaho's septage pumping credential, so nothing is filtered out by name — but portable-toilet and plumbing firms hold it too, so the 77 businesses whose name does not say septic or cesspool carry a note asking you to confirm household work first.
