What Louisiana requires
Anyone who picks up, hauls, or disposes of sewage sludge in Louisiana must hold a sewage sludge hauler registration from the Department of Environmental Quality. LDEQ's sewage sludge and biosolids page says those transport activities include domestic septage, portable-toilet waste, biosolids, and sewage sludge mixed with grease waste. The public approved transporter table shows the company, contact, physical address, parish, registration number (H-xxx), and AI number. It does not show a phone.

Parish is not a service-area map
The parish on the LDEQ list belongs to the physical address of the registered firm. It does not guarantee that the company serves every property in that parish — or only that parish. Some registrations are filed as Not assigned or out-of-state; we do not invent a Louisiana parish from those street addresses. Ask about coverage and travel charges for your exact address.
