Unlike most states here, this page is not built from a mailing address. The Alabama Onsite Wastewater Board records each licensee's counties of operation — the area the licensee declares to the board — and that is what puts a company on this page. 28 of these 44 companies name a focused set of counties that includes Morgan; 16 declare all 67 Alabama counties and are listed last.
