Why expand here?

Septic reliance varies within the county. Plymouth town's 2017 plan estimated about 90% of its residences used private wastewater systems. That is a historical town estimate, not a current countywide percentage. Neighboring Plympton's building guidance says the town provides neither water nor sewer services. These local conditions support practical pumping information, without claiming every county household uses septic.
